This structure includes laboratories for animal experimentation, laboratory research (coagulation, lipids, drug dosage, etc.), bioengineering, computer science, molecular biology, exercise, ergospirometry, immunology, hemodynamics, electrophysiology, imaging (e.g., radioisotopes, tomography, X-rays, magnetic resonance imaging), respiratory function testing, vascular biology, and pathological anatomy, with infrastructure comparable to the best laboratories in developed countries.
